Terms of Service

We sell physical consumer goods, including our automatic ironing machine (3-in-1 garment steamer and dryer), dress drying and ironing attachments, reusable dryer cloth covers, and premium wool dryer balls. All products are subject to availability. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site, may have limited quantities, and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color, or your perception of scale, will be accurate, and product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in finish, fittings and packaging may occur between production batches and do not constitute a defect.

Where a product is described as an attachment, cover or accessory, it is designed and tested for use with the corresponding CozeGear product. Its compatibility with third-party appliances is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for damage caused by using our accessories with products other than those for which they are intended.

All prices shown on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place that order. Where sales tax, VAT, import duty or similar charges apply, they are treated as follows: orders shipped to the United States are sold on a delivered-duties-paid basis, so the price you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes and you will not be charged any further border fees on delivery; orders shipped to any other destination are sold with import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges excluded, and those charges are the responsibility of the recipient and payable to the carrier or customs authority. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or card issuer, including currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Your order constitutes an offer to buy the products in your basket. When you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgement by email; that acknowledgement is not our acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Yovlen Trading Ltd is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. If we do not accept your order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for that order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders that appear, in our judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You must promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payments for orders placed through the Site are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details directly; we do not see, receive or store your full card number at any time. Your use of the payment service is also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.

By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge that payment method for the total amount of your order, including the product price and any applicable shipping fees and taxes. All payments must be made in USD. We may suspend or cancel an order where payment is declined, fails verification, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use. In those circumstances we may share relevant order information with Stripe and, where necessary, law enforcement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, our products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals and show no signs of physical abuse or cosmetic damage. You must contact us at contact@cozegear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse address before sending anything back. Unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or equivalent local law. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is offered in addition to that right and is more generous than it. If you are a consumer in the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.

Where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent local consumer law.

The Site and all of its contents — including the CozeGear name and logo, product names, product photography, video, illustrations, blog articles, copy, graphics, page layouts and source code — are owned by or licensed to Yovlen Trading Ltd and are protected by copyright, trade mark, design and other intellectual property laws. “CozeGear” and “CozeGear™” are trade marks of Yovlen Trading Ltd.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to our pages. You must not otherwise reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. In particular, you must not:

• (a) use our product photography, video or copy on a marketplace, dropshipping store or competitor website;
• (b) use automated tools to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, images or pricing from the Site; or
• (c) use our trade marks, or any confusingly similar mark, in any way that suggests an affiliation with, or endorsement by, Yovlen Trading Ltd where none exists.

Any unauthorised use may result in termination of your access to the Service and may give rise to legal action. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@cozegear.com.

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Where we cancel an order because of a pricing or description error, we will refund any amount you have paid for that order in full.

Our products are domestic electrical appliances and accessories. They must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety warnings supplied with them, for their intended domestic purpose, and with a suitable power supply for your country (using an appropriate plug adapter or voltage converter where applicable). We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

Warranty. All products are covered by warranty in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse or improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be submitted with documentation, such as photographs or a short video of the issue, to contact@cozegear.com. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces any warranty or remedy you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the Site and the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, the Service and all products delivered to you are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall CozeGear, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service.

Our total liability to you, however arising, is limited to the total amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• (c) breach of your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent local consumer law; or
• (d) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local consumer protection body, trading standards office or equivalent authority.
